Biography

The Dutch DJ and producer Javiero, real name Jeffrey Frugte, started his career at age of 16. He grew up in his hometown Zoetermeer in the Netherlands and from an early age he had a passion for music and everything around it.

By the time he was in high school his passion had grown. He began to play instruments and soon he started a school band. After 2 years of being the guitarist of the band, the band fell apart. However, he did not stop making music, and made a new start as a DJ. The rhythm and the feeling for music runs through his veins, therefore Javiero soon was booked by clubs in the area.

At the age of 16, Javiero had already worked in clubs in several big cities like Zoetermeer, The Hague and Rotterdam. This expanded and in no time he was booked in clubs in Amsterdam, Naaldwijk, Alphen aan de Rijn, Delft, Ijsselstein, Apeldoorn, Utrecht etc. Because of this Javiero has gained a lot of experience. He has been in the DJ booth with DJs like Hardwell, Vato Gonzalez, Alvaro, Quintino, Irwan, Sidney Samson, Billy the Klit, Dyna, etc. Having seen a large part of the Netherlands, Javiero was ready for more.

In the summer of 2010 Javiero was booked abroad for the first time, in Empuriabrava (Spain). It was a big success so he could come back the next year. In 2011 he didn’t only play music in clubs in Empuriabrava, but also in one of the major clubscene-cities in Spain, Blanes and in Turkey, Alanya. This was a huge success; he has gained a lot of experience and now knows how to deal with international crowds.

Currently Javiero is busy producing his own records and he’s preparing for a new radio show and podcast called “The House of Dance” on Zoetermeerfm (96.2FM / zoetermeerfm.nl). On which more information will appear about soon.
